A trained and practising Children’s Nurse, Toya began her Kinesiology training in 2021. She had seen the benefits that Kinesiology had provided for herself and her children. Toya qualified and gained her diploma with the Kinesiology Association in 2025. She also holds certificates in Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition.
Toya has worked with children and young people in healthcare and education/ youth work for over 20 years. She has training and experience in Bereavement Care, Learning Difficulties, Physical disabilities, Complex needs, Trauma, Parenting Strategies, Neurodiversity, ADHD, Disordered Eating and Mental Health.
Specialist areas: people experiencing change, support for Carers, working with children and families, pre and post neurodiversity diagnosis, bereavement and chronic health conditions.
