Haven Therapies was founded in 2011 by Julia Clark, Sports Massage Therapist with over 30 years experience. The Clinic moved from a single treatment room to the upper floor of a beautiful building in Pelham Yard, a secluded quiet Mews just off the High Street.
It offers two comfortable treatment rooms and a waiting area. Haven Therapies shares the building with Pelham Barbers. Julia’s vision is to create a true Holistic Centre offering treatments for Body and Mind for the people of Seaford and surrounding areas.
She has been joined by her son, Matt, who offers Massage, and a team of Physical Therapists and Talking Therapists.
