A few years ago, Karine faced a health challenge of her own, and when conventional medicine had little to offer, she turned to herbal medicine, which changed everything. After five years of formal study and 500 hours of supervised clinical training, Karine qualified with a Level 6 Diploma in Herbal Medicine (equivalent to a BSc) and became a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH).
Karine’s approach is holistic, evidence-informed, and tailored to the individual. She works with people experiencing a range of health concerns, including hormonal and digestive issues, fatigue, stress, chronic ailments and immune imbalances using herbal medicine, rooted in both traditional knowledge and modern clinical practice.
