Elizabeth believes counselling offers a unique place, building a relationship where a client is treated as an individual and given the space to find their voice.
Her approach is the Existential and Humanistic approach. She hopes to help her clients find meaning in life as well as a way forward through any troubling experiences of life situations.
Her experience is broad and believes a good counsellor has the capacity to work with whatever the client brings. She works at building trust and understanding to facilitate a relationship where the client can explore their worries and concerns at whatever depth they feel comfortable with, without judgement or conditions.
