Is the clinic accessible for wheelchairs ?
I’m afraid not. There’s a flight of stairs to the Clinic Rooms. However please do enquire whether the therapist of your choice does home visits.
How do I book a treatment ?
All our therapists deal with their own bookings.
When you phone Haven Therapies you will be given the contact number of your chosen therapist to make your appointment.
How do I pay for my treatment ?
Our therapists take their own cash or card payments.
Will my health insurance cover my treatment ?
Most health insurance covers Osteopathic and Chiropractic treatments, and sometimes massage. However do check with your insurer.
What happens when I arrive for my treatment ?
Our treatment rooms are on the first floor. Come in through Pelham Barbers and come up the stairs to the waiting area.
Is there a toilet ?
Yes, on the ground floor through the kitchen
Is there parking nearby ?
2 hr free street parking is available on all surrounding roads but not in Pelham Yard. There’s also pay and display parking off Saxon Lane, 5 mins walk away.
How far is the Clinic from train / bus routes ?
The Clinic is 10 minutes walk from Seaford Train Station and the bus stops.
